Booking & Travel – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Girlfriends EnTourAge Travel Club - your resource for women-centered local events and foreign and domestic travel adventures.

Below is important information you’ll need to ensure your travel experience is as enjoyable as possible from start to finish. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need further clarification.

Booking – A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking*

How to Pay

Payments may be paid online via PayPal or Amazon, by telephone, or by mail.   
 
Online: Pay securely with PayPal, Amazon, or ProPay.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover American Express or check accepted.  Complete registration form and submit payment online.

Phone: Pay securely via telephone by calling 888-210-4462. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express accepted.
 
Mail: Email Events@GirlfriendsEnTourAge.com to request mailing information.

Please note: Your spot will not be secured until your payment/deposit has been received and processed. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

You have the option to pay the cost of your trip in full at the time of booking or you may use our convenient payment plan. Payments will be automatically deducted (auto-debit) from your account every 30 days. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any changes in contact information, payment availability, etc.

REFUND POLICY: A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is typically due 65 days prior to departure. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to departure, 50% of the payment--less deposit--will be refunded to you. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days prior to departure. Please note that injury or illness does not disqualify you from the cancellation policy.

If you are unable to attend the trip, you may transfer the deposit/payments to another female traveler. If the transfer takes place before the trip is paid in full, the transferee will be responsible for paying the balance of the payments and must adhere to the same procedures you agreed to in your initial agreement. In this case, please notify us of the change along with the person’s contact information as soon as possible as we will need to send the person a registration form to complete.

We reserve the right to cancel this trip due to low participant interest. Should this happen, we will refund all monies paid. We will be sending notification of any changes by email so please make sure we have your correct email address and telephone number at all times.

PHOTOGRAPHS: Taking photos is an integral part of most Girlfriends EnTourAge Travel Club events. These photos may be used on local and national Girlfriends EnTourAge websites or in marketing materials. Participation in group photos taken by Girlfriends EnTourAge photographers constitutes your permission to use said photos on websites and in marketing materials.


SPECIAL REQUESTS (Meals): We have made reasonable efforts to select venues that cater to the well-being of mind and body and as such, we anticipate healthy food options at these facilities. However, we cannot be held responsible for the failure of carriers, hotels, or other suppliers to deliver such requests. If you have specific dietary needs, please notify the appropriate person(s) after you have checked in to the facility.

TRAVELERS REQUIRING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE: Any physical disability requiring special attention should be reported to us at the time the reservation is made. We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of travelers, but are not responsible for denial of services by carriers, hotels, or other suppliers. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance for walking, dining, embarking/disembarking transportation, emergency medical attention, and/or other personal needs. A qualified companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend you get Travel Insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you have a medical problem prior to your trip or during the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the trip. There are many companies offering travel insurance. Before choosing your insurance carrier, please be proactive in researching the company and their policies to ensure they can offer the appropriate coverage. You should also check with your current insurance carrier to see if they offer a vacation/travel insurance option.
